Little Tangerine (2015)
Little Tangerine is named after the radiant oranges which her mother, the Queen, consumes one noon upon a sill overlooking the valleys. The young princess grows to embody true beauty and sweetness. Once deemed the most beautiful woman in the world, the Queen is soon overtaken by the radiant Little Tangerine. The rage of the Queen begins a journey for the young girl, where she must escape the clutches of her mother's jealousy and venture into a magical new way of life. Along the way, the young princess encounters strange and magical worlds filled with evil sorceresses, grand kingdoms, kindly giants, as well as the handsome prince that any good fairytale should have.
Count Arnau: Rise of Evil (2014) |
One of the many chronicled tales of Count Arnau. The Rise of Evil is the story of how the infamous Count passed from being an heroic and saintly man, to the damned soul that befriended the Devil and cursed his own realms with horror and cruelty.

Count Arnau; and the two lovers (2013) |
One of the many chronicled tales of Count Arnau. This story takes place many generations after the supposed death of the Count, where two lovers are separated by the girl's father, who unwittingly speaks wrongly of the Count and pays for this mistake.

The Wicked Hunter (2013) (Two versions) |
The Wicked Hunter is only one local legend of the many rich Catalan folk tales. The story is centred on the idea that greed and pleasure are able to lead to one's down fall, due to the struggles of temptation and the fragility of decision making.

Japan from East to West (2010) |
The aim of my project is to draw parallelisms between the two waves of Japonism which influenced Western culture; the first, which occurred in the early decades of the 20th century, the second a more recent wave of the 21st century. In particular, I aim to express the examples of Japanese influence which are so integrated into Western culture, that they often go unnoticed.
